Based between the UK and UAE, I work exclusively with Chief People Officer, Purposeful Leaders and Leaders in Transition who aspire to shape forward-looking, purpose-driven futures, organisations and cultures that serve the many.
I’m not a generalist coach and I don’t just ask questions — I bring proven strategies, mental models and activation frameworks from over 20 years working in the trenches with visionary leaders to imagine and scale purpose-driven organisations.

My story
Global People & Culture Leader
For over two decades, I have worked alongside senior leaders of FTSE 50, SIX, and Nasdaq‑listed companies, including eBay, Coca‑Cola, Zurich Insurance and Suntory to reimagine and transform their organisations for the future. I have led culture transformation, organisational design, leadership development and talent, employee experience, and strategic people communications at international, global, and group levels, reaching employee populations of up to 60,000.
At the peak of my corporate career, I made the bold decision to join the New York–based strategy, purpose and innovation consultancy SYPartners, to help grow their Middle East business, with the intent to broaden my impact and share my experience with a wider range of organisations. Since then, I have partnered with presidential teams, visionary leaders and creative thinkers across government, private and social sector organisations to imagine vital futures and build cultures that serve the many. A career move I have never regretted.

Today, I also work closely with Chief People Officers, Purposeful Leaders and Leaders in Transition to align their inner worlds to the bold futures they are shaping, helping them navigate what’s next and scale their impact. In my sessions, clients find space to envision new chapters, embrace paradoxes and creative tensions, experiment with new ideas and prototype their next steps. I bring together strategic depth with human insight and an understanding of leadership and organisational dynamics, grounded in a commitment to personal and systemic growth.

Education
I hold a Masters degree in Sociology from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Masters in Human Resource Development from TU Kaiserslautern, Germany.
In addition, I have completed multiple coaching programmes and specialised training in strategic foresight, scenario planning, experience design, organisational change, and various leadership development and assessment tools.
